I regret to announce the resignation of Thomas Anderegg, effective of January 31, 2009. After more than five years with Corvaglia, Thomas has decided to leave the company and to accept a new challenge. His commitment and enthusiasm during the impressive growth period have been of prime importance to the development of our group and will be missed. I extend a special thank to Thomas for his dedicated contribution to the success of Corvaglia.I am pleased to announce that our closure sales team under the lead of Andrés Pita, Head of Sales & Service, will guarantee the future supply of best closure solutions to all our customers. At the same time, I would like to inform you that Philipp Sidler, CFO Corvaglia Group will be designated interim Chief Executive Officer of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon effective February 1st, 2009.Best regards,
