On the milk bottle: the pulsed light sterilization applied just before cutting the moil prevents from any cross contamination prior to filling - an efficient alternative to conventional chemical sterilant spraying.
On the cap: the Puls'Full cap® sterilizer dedicated to the most sensitive drinks allows the sterilization of internal and also external side of the cap.
The solution was presented in preview at the last Aseptipak, the Global forum on Aseptic/ESL processing, filling and packaging.
