Kremsmünster, Austria

The European market leader for 5 gallon packaging has launched a major replacement investment at its location in France. A new production line for extrusion blow-molded 5 gallon bottles started up in March. Further development of the location for production optimization is being pushed ahead vigorously. “We aim to generate additional value creation for Capsnap Europe using state-of-the-art technologies”, marketing and sales manager Michael Frick said, adding: “We will assure our long-term business success with this move.” Capsnap Europe is investing at a time when others are slashing back on production capacities. The new plant in France is a fully automated extrusion blow-molding machine. Remarkable for low energy consumption, short cycle times, lower reject rates, higher productivity and constant quality levels, the new production plant brings a stability plus for all the bottles produced. “The machine has been in operation since the beginning of March and is fulfilling our production expectations in every way”, Michael Frick states. Continual further development Capsnap has been the unchallenged product innovation pace setter in the 5 gallon packaging industry for years. The best in quality is the Capsnap priority. With this commitment in mind the location in France has set up its own technical team providing total production back-up support with permanent servicing and maintenance of the machines while also dealing with the most stringent quality assurance specifications. The two Regional Sales Managers Cesare Tassinari and Claudia Zeller are responsible for the successful distribution and sales work of Capsnap France. “With the new machine and our great sales team we aim to further extend our leading position on the market”, is how Michael Frick describes his strategy.
