BERICAP, world operating manufacturer of plastic closures, will again be exhibiting at the FachPack 2009.
| During the fair, one main focus will be on the presentation of BERICAP’s latest developments for the agro-chemical industry. As closure supplier to the agro- chemical industry, with its unique requirements, BERICAP was increasingly challenged by its globally acting agro customers to put more focus on the problem of counterfeiting. BERICAP has developed in close cooperation with BAYER CropScience Packaging Technology a new closure system with security label, creating a visible break after unscrewing the closure. A venting option and closures with a slit tamper evident band whose specific feature is to drop down, creating a visible gap between closure and T/E band after unscrewing the closure are other options, helping the Agro industry to protect their products from counterfeiting. Other customer specific solutions – also for other industries – can be developed. |
Another topic will be the extension of the DIN closure family. BERICAP has extended its DIN closure range with the SVB 45 and SVB 60 spout variants that guarantee a safe and controlled pouring. The new SVB 45 closure has got an extra long spout pourer that is ideal to fill i.g. gear oil to difficult locations as i.g. into a motor saw.
The DIN 60 MAB IHS (Induction Heat Seal) is another new closure to complete the range of DIN closures. DIN closures with an Aluminium Induction Heat Seal are used i.g. to provide additional product safety to products of the chemical industry.
Another fair’s highlight will be BERICAP’s closure solutions for the Automotive industry. BERICAP presents its new SVT telescopic closure systems. The SVT would be available in two sizes: SVT 37,5 and SVT 38 and combine a consumer friendly handling and support requirements on safety at the same time. The SVT closure systems have got a double tamper evident function and therefore an ideal protection against any manipulation. SVT closure solutions allow an easy filling of gear oil, also at difficult places, for the consumer and can be easy re-closed and stored. |
