Annual General Meeting of Krones AG approves dividend of 0.60 euros per share

On 13 June 2012, the AGM of Krones AG, the world’s market leader for beverage filling and packaging technology, was held in Neutraubling, Germany. The company’s Executive Board reported a successful business year in 2011 overall. Despite a less-than-easy macro-economic situation, Krones’ consolidated sales in 2011 were 14.1 % up on the preceding year, at 2,480.3 million euros.
